For dinner, we will eat 4 ounces of grilled chicken breast, 2 cups of roasted broccoli, and 1 medium-baked sweet potato. On day 2 of the breakfast, we will take one hard-boiled egg, two slices of whole wheat toast, and one medium orange. For lunch, we will eat Frilled salad chicken with 1 medium apple. For dinner, we will eat 4 ounces of broiled salmon and 1 cup of brown rice. On day 3, for breakfast, we will eat 1 cup of whole grain, 1 cup of low-fat milk, and 1 medium peach. For lunch, we will eat a turkey sandwich with 1 ounce of pretzels, and for dinner, we will eat 3 ounces of grilled sirloin steak and 1 medium-baked potato.

On day 6 at breakfast, we will take 3 small whole-wheat blueberries. For the lunch, we will eat Beef and broccoli stir-fried and 1 cup of brown rice. At dinner, will eat English muffin pizza and a large mixed green salad. On day 7 for the breakfast, we will take a Spinach omelet and Two slices of whole wheat toast. For the lunch, we will eat Hamburgers and Homemade air-fired. For the dinner, we will eat Pan Seared Salmon with Mediterranean Quinoa. Our Cholesterol level will be low after the process of 7 days cholesterol meal plan.
